In the previous post, I had talk about kahoot! And today I
would like to talk about something else related to learning tool.
As you know in this era many people chose to make a
digital-based forms instead of the paper one. Why is that? There are many
advantages of using the digital one than the paper one. First, of course you
will save your money because you don’t need to print or copy hundreds paper.
Second, it is environmentally friendly! You don’t use any papers by using a digital
form. And the third, by using a digital form, your form could reach many people
even from the abroad! It is very useful, right?
So, today let me tell you about the digital form that I
mentioned before. I bet many of you have known about this form. Yes, Google
Forms! Google Forms have many features that could help you to make many kinds
of forms, such as online survey, questionnaire, invitation, and many more.
Why Google Forms?
As I said before, in this era many people try to use less
papers. Because of that, many platforms in the internet tried to make many
tools to fill our needs and one of them is Google Forms. Sometimes a teacher
needs to gather a data and it will be very convenient to use Google Forms to
gather those data because we won’t be panic if we lose the data. It has been
automatically saved on our gadget!
Then, how to create a form using Google Forms?
First of all, you need an email. You need it to sign up in
Google Forms. If you already have an email, then you may sign in and go to the Google
Forms’ website directly (http://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/).
Then, you may see many templates on it, but you could just click the “blank”
one or you may adjust it to your needs. After that, you may just fill the
questions according to your topic! Don’t worry, Google Forms has provides many
kinds of answer for your forms like multiple choice, short answer, paragraph,
checkboxes, and many more. And you may also add some pictures to make your form
more interesting! If you have finished, you can add some regulations for your
respondents. You may asked them to write their email, or anything. And the last
is to share the link of the Google Forms to everyone!
